The UN SDGs provide a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, with the urgent call for action by all countries, developed and developing, in a global partnership. These 17 Sustainable Development Goals encompass a wide range of critical issues, including ending poverty, ensuring access to quality education and healthcare, promoting gender equality, and combating climate change.

The Unite To Act campaign is a global mobilisation effort that aims to inspire and activate a global community to take action on the SDGs. By uniting individuals, organisations, and diverse networks, the campaign seeks to channel the power of people to act on the Goals and inspire others to do the same. It emphasises the importance of unity and collective action, highlighting that achieving any single goal requires achieving them all. The campaign encourages people to come together, embracing diversity, to create a sustainable and beautiful future for humanity and the planet.

In 2022, the Unite To Act campaign mobilised millions of SDG actions from around the world, making a positive impact on efforts to accelerate the Sustainable Development Goals. This year, the campaign is scaling up engagement and action across the world on key themes such as climate action, peace, gender equality, sustainable food systems, and inclusion. Through the Global Week to #Act4SDGs and other initiatives, the UN SDG Action Campaign and its partners are mobilising international organisations, local governments, youth movements, and millions of individuals to ensure a more sustainable future for all.
